1. Information We Collect

The contact form is the only place this site asks you for anything. It collects what you type into it: your first and last name, property address, phone number, email address, and a description of the damage or issue. The site doesn't collect payment or card information anywhere.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use what you submit to:

• Answer your request.
• Contact you about the work you asked about.
• Keep a record of the request.

We don't use it for anything else.

3. How Your Submission Is Delivered

When you send the form, it first reaches this site's own code, which runs on Cloudflare's network and checks the submission before passing it on. A form submission goes to our customer relationship management system, which Prickly Pear Marketing Co operates for us, so our team can respond to it. If that delivery fails, or the system can't be reached, the same submission is sent as a fallback email through Resend, an email delivery service, so the request isn't lost. Both are processors acting on our instructions. Neither sells your information or uses it for their own marketing.

If that email fails too, what you typed is written to this site's server logs, which run on Cloudflare. By then the form has already told you the request went through, so the log entry is the only copy left, and it's there so the request can still be answered. That copy is plain text, and it sits in the hosting account this site runs on rather than in the CRM or the fallback inbox. Reaching it means having access to that account.

4. Bot Protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a challenge that checks you aren't an automated script before a submission is accepted. Running the check sends Cloudflare the challenge token and your IP address, which Cloudflare handles under its own privacy policy. What comes back to us is a pass or a fail, and nothing else about you.

5. Analytics

The site also runs PostHog, which records pageviews and clicks against an anonymous ID so we can see how the site is used. Those requests go through this site rather than straight to PostHog, and your IP address goes with them, so visits can be counted by city. Session recording is off, and PostHog isn't given your name or your contact details either. When the contact form is submitted, our server records that a submission happened and whether it included a phone number. What you typed into the form isn't sent to PostHog.

6. Information Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. What you submit through the form goes to our CRM operator and to Resend. The CRM delivers it to our team, and the fallback email goes to the same operator's inbox, which is how the request reaches us when that delivery fails. Cloudflare hosts this site, so every submission passes through its network, and the bot check sends Cloudflare the challenge token and your IP address. What you typed is written to this site's own logs, which run on Cloudflare's network, only when the CRM delivery and the fallback email have both failed, as section 3 describes. PostHog sees site usage, not what you type. Nobody else receives any of it.

7. Data Security

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. Inside the CRM and the fallback inbox, access is limited to our team and the processors named above.
