These terms cover this website, and using the site means you accept them. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site. There's nothing else here to accept: no account to open, no checkout, no subscription.

2. Description of Services

This site describes the restoration work Warrior Restoration LLC does. Most of that work is residential: water, fire, smoke, mold and storm damage, along with the odor removal, cleaning and repairs that go with it. The site also covers commercial water damage, biohazard cleanup, and jobs that come through realtors, property managers and adjusters. What you read here about those services and the areas they cover is information, not an offer. Nothing binds either side until a job is scheduled and confirmed by phone or in person, and the document that binds us to your job is the service agreement you sign.

3. Intellectual Property

The writing, photographs, design and page layouts on this site belong to Warrior Restoration LLC or are used with permission, and copyright law protects them. Don't copy, redistribute or republish any part of the site without our permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

The information on this site is published as is, without warranty of any kind. Warrior Restoration LLC isn't liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from using this website or from being unable to use it.

That limit covers this website and nothing else. Work Warrior Restoration LLC performs under a signed service agreement is governed by that agreement, including the warranty it carries. Nothing on this page limits or withdraws it.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal action about this website is brought only in a state or federal court sitting in Texas.
