I cannot recommend Warrior Restoration enough! We woke up to water leaking from our downstairs ceiling, and after my morning call, they arrived within minutes. They were incredibly thorough, quickly identified the source of the leak, and immediately began the mitigation process to prevent further damage. What really set them apart was how much they went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Justin handled communications with our insurance company and even helped negotiate with them, which made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to navigate. When it came time to replace our damaged flooring, we found out the builder had used flooring that had been discontinued. Instead of telling us we were out of luck, Justin’s wife took it upon herself to call around and research where it might still be available. She ended up locating our exact flooring at an outlet in Missouri! That level of dedication and customer service is so rare. From their quick response time to their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their customers, Warrior Restoration exceeded every expectation. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did to make such a stressful experience as smooth and painless as possible. If you ever need restoration services, don’t hesitate to call them!

Highly recommend Warrior Restoration. Dishwasher leaked and ruined my floor. Justin and his team worked hard to fix damage and replace my flooring in a timely manner. Really appreciate their time and energy they put into my home and the time they took to educate me along the way. Great guys.

Justin and his team did an outstanding job after a pipe busted and flooded our home. From drywall repair to installing new flooring they completed all the work efficiently and did not leave a single mess behind. Will always recommend them to anyone that runs into the same issue I did!

Justin and Kardale did an awesome job! We had a small bathroom that had sustained some heavy water damage. They dried out the area, and removed all the damaged materials so that we could begin to remodel. They were quick and friendly. Highly suggest this company!

I had standing water in my hallway and called Justin and his team - they were out to assess the situation within the hour! This company really goes the extra mile and makes things so easy from start to finish. Justin was great at explaining things along the way and answering any and all questions that we had. Justin and Kardale are absolutely great to work with and ease a lot of stress. I highly recommend working with Warrior Restoration if your home is affected by water damage!

I had a leak develop on my roof after the latest ice storm, which ended up pooling in my attic and compromising a section of drywall on my ceiling. I first noticed the spreading wet spot and reached out to Warrior Restoration around 8pm that night. To my surprise, Justin with Warrior picked up the phone after hours and was able to come by the following morning to begin the process of fixing it. Justin used a thermal imaging camera and talked me through what he was seeing, then immediately set to work on drying the drywall and dehumidifying the room. He entered the attic and cleared away the damp insulation (replacing it), and crawled on the roof and found the source of the leak. Warrior Restoration was able to place work orders with another specialist to replace the drywall and crucially, they were able to coordinate and deal with my insurance to get the issue resolved, all while keeping me in the loop. Justin acted with professionalism and was exceedingly friendly throughout the ordeal. At the end of it all, I have a fixed roof, a precautionary anti-microbial sprayed in my attic, and replaced painted and textured drywall on my ceiling, and the insurance paid the entire claim. I couldn't have asked for a better result, so I felt the need to write out my experience in the hopes it helps others. Top-notch service, and though I hope I never have to use the service again, I know I'll be in excellent hands should I need to!

Justin and Kardale were awesome- very honest, professional and friendly. Justin came in and gave us a quote, once everything was agreed upon all the work was done in a very timely manner. He can complete everything for you, quickly and honestly. 10/10 - highly recommend!

I absolutely had a great experience with Justin from Water Restoration. I called them out due to a water leak from my dishwasher, and within hours Justin was on-site with his equipment. He quickly dried out the house, located the source of the issue, and kept me updated every step of the way. Shortly after, he provided a full written report, helped me with my insurance claim, and handled the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend Justin for any water restoration needs.

Justin and his crew understood the importance of the scope of work as soon as they came in and were able to help us unclog a leaking AC drain line from our AC unit over the pool table. They removed the tile on the ceiling and cleared the line. Justin had everything dry and a new ceiling tile put in place the next day. Warrior Restoration is awesome and we love Justin up here at our post!

Warrior Restoration arrived on scene after my garage caught fire. They performed a thorough and careful evaluation of damages. They then gave me my assessment and professional advice to begin restoration. Not once did I feel pressured or pushed and the initial estimate was fair. They arrived on time each day they were performing their work. They were very sincere and thoughtful with their assessment of my personal items that could be salvaged or beyond usable. Any salvageable items were cleaned with careful consideration to bring them back to pre burned condition. They hauled away any trash and made sure the entire scene was free of debris. They also took into account my dogs and kept the yard safe for them to be able to go outside. They rebuilt or replaced all damaged building components. They then did the covering process to eliminate any smoke smells or residue. They finished this project in a timely manner. Each crew member was professional and knew their responsibilities. They were very knowledgeable and skilled at many different variations of the rebuild. After the project was complete. They removed all trash and left the scene neat, clean, and tidy. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their effort and compassion to my damage. It definitely eased my worries and they made things right. In the end, the cost was exactly as estimated and there wasn’t any add on expenses or increases in cost. I will be using them for other projects as well. I highly recommend their service.

Called Justin for water damage from a busted pipe. He and his crew were out the same day and got me fixed up. 24 hour service, great guys, and awesome results. I would recommend Justin and KD to anyone. I am happy to know who to call if this ever happens again.

Called warrior restoration out after discovering a water leak in the wall behind a water heater. They showed up fast, was very professional with the homeowner. Explained everything that was going on. I fixed the water leak while they did their thing. Top notch service!

I had a moisture and mold issue in my apartment the landlord refused to fix. I contacted Warrior Restoration and explained the situation. Justin and Kardale came out the same afternoon and immediately began inspecting the areas of concern. They used a moisture meter and infrared camera to determine exactly where the moisture was that was causing the mold. Justin developed a plan to rid the area of moisture and prevent new mold growth. They were very professional and respectful of the property, which I appreciate since I am renting. The cost of remediation was very reasonable. I highly recommend Warrior Restoration and will definitely use them in the future, should a similar problem arise.

The Warriors team did an outstanding job of repair on our home. They were professional, skilled and knowledgeable. They came in, went right to work, completed the repairs and cleaned up afterwards and everything was as good as new. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work.

When I suspected I had water damage and mold in my home, he came out immediately to assess the situation and confirmed my concerns. As a mother of young children, I was deeply worried about the potential health risks of mold exposure in our home. When my insurance company denied my claim, I felt overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. Instead of simply walking away, Justin spent his own personal time advocating for me, speaking directly with the insurance company and doing everything he could to help me navigate the situation. What impressed me most was that he genuinely cared about my family’s health and safety. He understood how important it was to eliminate the mold as quickly as possible to remove any potential risk to my children. His compassion, integrity, and commitment to doing the right thing went far beyond anything I would ever expect from a contractor. While the remediation was being completed, we temporarily moved out of our home. Since returning after the work was finished, we’ve noticed a significant improvement in one of my child’s health. I can’t say for certain that the mold was the cause, but seeing such a positive change has given me incredible peace of mind and reinforced how important it was to address the problem properly.
