Why Aubrey Homeowners Choose Warrior Restoration

The Same Crew Extracts, Dries and Rebuilds

Three response units run out of one crew of 6, and each one arrives loaded for the whole first visit: portable extraction, high-velocity air movers, industrial dehumidifiers, calibrated moisture meters, a thermal imaging camera and a generator. That's what lets the first visit end with the standing water gone and the drying already running.

Warrior Restoration is owner-operated. Justin Miller, a disabled veteran, owns the company and runs the crew, and the crew that pulls the wet drywall is the one that hangs the new sheet, tapes it and paints it. Demolition, drywall, flooring and paint are all in house, so one company carries the job from the first extraction pass through the last coat, and your carrier sees a single scope.

What We Do

Our Comprehensive Water Damage Services

What a water loss needs depends on what the water touched: carpet and pad, a wall cavity, insulation over a ceiling, the substrate under the flooring. Each of these is our own crew's work, with equipment we own.

Emergency Water Extraction

Portable extraction units take standing water off carpet, hard flooring and the pad underneath. Pad that has soaked through comes out with it, because it holds water no air mover will pull back.

Flood Damage Cleanup

Water that came in across the ground brings soil and contaminants with it, so affected material leaves the house instead of being dried where it sits. We do the tear-out, the disposal and the antimicrobial application.

Structural Drying

High-velocity air movers and industrial dehumidifiers run on the affected area until framing, subfloor and drywall reach dry standard. How many units go in follows the readings, and it changes as they do.

Moisture Mapping

A calibrated meter and a thermal imaging camera show where the water actually went, including under cabinets and behind baseboard. That map decides which materials dry in place and which ones come out.

Wall-Cavity Drying

Injectidry panels push dry air into a wall cavity so the drywall can stay where it is. Where the insulation inside stayed wet, that section comes out and gets replaced.

Roof-Leak Water Repair

Interior damage from a roof leak is our work: wet insulation, stained ceilings, soaked top plates and the drywall below them. Warrior Roofing, Justin's roofing company under the same ownership, handles the roof covering itself.

Mold Prevention

Mold starts on material that stays wet, so the prevention is drying speed and a verified reading before anything closes back up. Antimicrobial goes on the affected surfaces while the equipment runs.

Repairs & Reconstruction

Once the assembly reads dry, the rebuild starts: board hung and finished, texture, trim, paint and the floor covering. Same crew, same scope, so it isn't waiting on another company's calendar.

How We Work

Inside a Water Damage Restoration Project

A residential water loss runs in the same order every time. What changes is how long each stage takes, and that comes off the readings rather than a calendar.

Emergency Assessment

The first question is whether water is still coming into the house. Your own main shutoff settles that, and closing it is the most useful thing anyone there can do. Where the water started, and where it went from there, is ours to work out. The pipe or fitting that gave way is plumbing work and we don't repair it. Then the house gets read room by room, so the scope covers everything the water reached and not only what shows.

Water Extraction

Standing water comes up first. Anything holding water that can't dry where it sits comes out in the same visit: pad, wet insulation, swollen baseboard.

Structural Drying

Air movers and dehumidifiers get set for the affected area, with Injectidry panels where the water is inside a wall cavity. If the power is out, generators keep the equipment going.

Moisture Monitoring

We come back and read the same materials until they reach dry standard. Those readings are what say the equipment can come out and the rebuild can start.

Repairs Begin

Insulation, drywall and flooring substrate go back once the readings hold. If drying uncovered damage the first approval didn't include, a supplement goes to your carrier before the rebuild carries on.

Final Reconstruction

Trim, paint and finish flooring put the room back the way it was.

Insurance Claims

We Handle Your Insurance Claim from Start to Finish

A water loss usually runs through your homeowner's policy, and the part that goes wrong is the scope: wet material nobody found before the adjuster priced the job. We write the scope in Estimate Rocket and send it to your carrier ourselves, so the claim starts from what the damage actually is. Warrior Restoration is a restoration contractor, not a public adjuster.

  • We bill your insurance carrier directly. We coordinate with your carrier's adjuster and submit the complete scope of damage.
  • We meet adjusters on site. We walk the property with the adjuster so hidden moisture gets documented before approval, not discovered afterward.
  • We file supplements. If drying uncovers damage the original approval didn't cover, we file supplements straight with your carrier.
  • You never owe us anything beyond the deductible. We accept the carrier's approved amount minus your deductible as payment in full.
  • We handle mortgage company checks. If your lender's name is on the insurance check, we coordinate directly with them to get funds released.

Free On-Site Estimates

We inspect at no charge and provide a complete damage assessment before any work begins.

Water Damage in Aubrey

City Limits, the ETJ and a Shared ZIP Code

Sandbrock Ranch, Silverado, Aspen Meadows and Winn Ridge sit in Aubrey's extra-territorial jurisdiction: an Aubrey mailing address, on the far side of the city limits. The city puts its own count at roughly 10,491 people, and the ETJ pushes the wider number higher again. On a water call the line doesn't decide anything. Give us the street address and the crew works it like any other.

ZIP 76227 carries more than one town with it. Providence Village is separately incorporated and Savannah is its own community, and neither is a part of Aubrey; they share the ZIP and the same part of Denton County. Whichever of those three names prints on your mail, the address is inside what we cover for water damage.

78.7% of Aubrey's homes were built in 2000 or later, a stock NeighborhoodScout calls some of the newest in America, and the growth that put them up happened in the ETJ rather than inside the city. Newer assemblies dry fast and they let water travel fast, and a house with no stains and no history on its walls gives you nothing on the surface to read. So the first visit reads it with a calibrated meter and a thermal camera, and the scope follows what those find instead of the edge of the wet carpet.

City water here comes off five groundwater wells producing up to 980,000 gallons a day, plus a 100,000-gallon-a-day contract with the Upper Trinity Regional Water District. Whoever supplies the house, the valve that matters on a water loss is your own main shutoff, usually at the meter or where the supply line comes into the house. It's a good thing to find on a dry afternoon rather than at midnight.

STILL GOT QUESTIONS?

Frequently Asked Questions

If your question isn't on this list, call (903) 993-5663 and ask us.

Yes. The subdivisions in the extra-territorial jurisdiction get the same crew, the same response units and the same equipment as an address on the streets around the Main Street Historic District. A water loss is the same job on either side of that line.
The on-site assessment and the written estimate are free, and they stay free if you decide not to go ahead. What the repair itself runs depends on what the water reached, and the estimate puts that in writing before anyone starts work.
We take the disagreement up with the adjuster on your behalf, and it's usually about scope or pricing rather than coverage. If drying opens up damage nobody could see at the start, that goes to the carrier as a supplement. We're a restoration contractor, so what we argue is the damage and the repair, not the terms of your policy.
Testing and clearance belong to an independent licensed mold assessor: they sample, they verify the work afterward, they write the clearance. On a water call dried to standard there's usually nothing for an assessor to be called about, which is why the drying ends on a reading rather than on a day.
Both. Reconstruction is in house, so the drying and the rebuild sit under one scope. Nothing gets handed to a second contractor once the equipment comes out.
Yes. Someone answers 24/7, holidays included. Standing water keeps moving into drywall and subfloor while it sits, so extraction is the part that gains nothing from waiting until morning.
