Emergency Assessment
We trace where the water came from and how far it has moved. Repairing a failed line or fixture is a plumber's job, and the water needs to be off before drying starts. The structure gets read with a thermal imaging camera and calibrated meters, so the scope is built on what the materials measure rather than on how big the stain looks.
Water Extraction
Portable extraction units take the standing water out. Wet carpet pad, soaked insulation and anything else that won't dry in place comes out with it.
Structural Drying

Water and wastewater in Gunter come from Mustang Special Utility District, on a small well-fed network. In late July 2022, during extreme heat and drought, two of the town's three municipal wells failed. Available supply fell from roughly 685 gallons an hour to about 85, and the town came close to running out of water entirely.
